Easy Homemade Dark Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter (melted)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the cocoa butter Use a double boiler or microwave in 15–20 second bursts to gently melt the cocoa butter, stirring between each burst until smooth.

  2. Whisk in cocoa powder Sift in the cocoa powder and whisk until fully combined and lump-free.

  3. Sweeten Add powdered sugar and stir well until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

  4. Flavor (optional)Stir in vanilla extract and a small pinch of salt to round out the flavors.

  5. Shape Pour the mixture into silicone molds or spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet for a chocolate bark.

  6. Chill Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
